Latest and Greatest - Only Seafood

The Vancouver East Hastings Street area has changed dramatically in the last couple of decades. A once thriving community is innodated with suffering. Those who are drug addicted and starving, begging for food. I am sad to see the destitude individuals relying on the kindness of others to support their basic needs. The area is evolving but where will the suffering go?
